Survey Timeline
The next step is to collect surveys for production. This time around we will be using Backerkit, so hopefully everything can move a lot smoother. You'll be seeing this survey within a few days in your email inbox. Please fill this survey out ASAP! The surveys close on March 6. The sooner we can tally surveys, the sooner we can put in the order for production. We will send out reminders via Kickstarter PM at the 1 week mark.
Errored Payments
If your payment has been errored, Kickstarter will give you 7 days to fix it. After 7 days you'll be dropped. To fix the error, login to Kickstarter and there should be a link at the top to help you fix the errored payment.
You're a first 50 backer
We will be sending out messages via Kickstarter on which pin you'd like from the previous campaigns. It will be first come first serve and subjected to available stock. Fear not though as we have 99% of pins available. However, on the possibility a colourway is out of stock we will also be asking for a back-up choice.
